Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of classroomgames.fun (“ClassroomGames”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using the games

You may use the games, tools and ideas on this site free of charge in classrooms, schools, tutoring sessions, clubs, camps, homes and similar settings, including with students online. You may project the games, read the questions aloud and print pages for use with your own groups.

You may not copy the site or large parts of its content to publish elsewhere, sell our content, or present it as your own product. Linking to any page is always welcome.

2. Supervision and safety

The games are designed to be run by an adult for a group. You are responsible for choosing activities that suit your students, space and school rules, and for supervising movement games safely — for example, clearing walkways and using only soft balls for Silent Ball.

3. Your content

Some games let you add your own questions, class lists and team names. This content stays in your browser (see our Privacy Policy). If you create a share link, the content travels inside the link, and you are responsible for what you share. Do not include personal information about students in shared content.

4. Accuracy

We check our questions and answers carefully (see our Editorial Guidelines), but mistakes can happen. Please review questions before using them for assessment, and tell us about any errors at hello@classroomgames.fun.

5. Trademarks

Some game names describe well-known games and formats, such as a “Jeopardy-style” quiz. Those names and trademarks belong to their owners. ClassroomGames is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and working, but we provide it “as is” and may change, pause or remove games and features at any time. We may add advertising or optional paid features in the future; if we do, we will explain them on the site before they apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClassroomGames is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site (which, for the free games, is nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Links to other sites

We may link to other websites that we think are useful. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
